During my recent stay at The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel, I had a wonderful experience celebrating my wife's birthday at Juaan, the poolside venue. The atmosphere was great with pleasant music and the food was absolutely delicious. We were impressed by the humble and helpful service of Archna and Gajendra, who suggested some delightful dishes for us. They even took the time to check if we were satisfied with our meal. Their service and the quality of the food definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Gajendra and Archna, for making our celebration special. We will definitely visit again soon.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel, we did encounter a few drawbacks. The communication with the staff was a bit challenging at times, as there were instances where they did not understand English properly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me when I was sick. Additionally, the breakfast was included and it was a great deal. The room was comfortable and the gift shop on the restaurant floor was fantastic. I appreciated the complimentary daily water bottles and was grateful that they were able to accommodate a third person in the room. The staff was very courteous, especially Ms. Rasna and Ms. Vaishali. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was situated on the most popular place with easy access to major areas of the city.
Nothing, all was good.
